Background music in your restaurant? You likely need an annual license that expires yearly.
Playing background music below 65 dB(A) doesn't make you a nightclub, but it does require a municipal license that must be renewed annually. Most people don't know this— and they're just one decibel away from running a fully licensed activity.
Where the line is
Ambient musical entertainment is defined as emission below 65 dB(A) indoors, never outdoors, supplementary to an existing activity, and without a dance floor. It requires a municipal license with a maximum validity of one year and negative administrative silence. Santa Eulària, DA 4ª ↗

نُدير تجديد الترخيص سنويًا، لضمان عدم انتهاء صلاحيته دون أن تلاحظ.
