Why this is not a sales rep with a brochure

The obligation to install a limiter is not the same in the six municipalities of the Pitiüses: each city council enforces it for a different reason. Before selling you anything, we need to know exactly what applies to you. View regulations by municipality →

No cumplen.

What the visit includes

  1. We classify your activity according to your municipality's ordinance and your license type.
  2. We measure with a Class 1 sound level meter —the only one that yields valid measurements for an official file—.
  3. We inspect the limiter, if you have one: approval, seal, calibration, and telematic transmission.
  4. We check the insulation: double door, ventilation, gaps, and the actual emission level.
  5. We deliver the written report to you, with the cited articles linked to the BOIB.

Installation and certification are carried out by DecibelSea. Continuous monitoring, afterwards, is handled by MiIA: reads the limiter log and alerts you before the city council does.

The visit is free. The official file is not.

Putting both numbers on the table takes a single call. Request an audit and make your decision with the information in front of you.

Technical reference documentation. Does not constitute legal advice. Always cross-check with the official text currently in force in the BOIB and with the competent city council.
