Support.
In every sense of the word.
The tripod that holds the line array. The engineer that holds the event when something goes wrong at three in the morning. The structure that carries your production from start to finish. At DecibelSea, support isn't a form you fill in and wait on: it's that there's always someone behind the system.
What holds the weight
Tripods, towers, rigging and calculated structure so every speaker is exactly where it should be, safe and vibration-free.
Who answers when it fails
A sound engineer on the phone and on site. Diagnosis, replacement and solution — not a ticket ageing in a queue.
What holds over time
Maintenance, periodic calibration and remote support for installations. The system still sounds the same next year.
Frequently asked questions
Products & orders
How do I request a quote?
Fill in the quote form with the products or the type of project. We reply within 24h with a closed, detailed quote.
Do prices include VAT?
Catalogue prices do not include VAT (21%). The final quote always breaks down the amount with and without VAT.
Do you ship across Spain?
Yes. We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearics. For heavy equipment or large formats, shipping is quoted individually.
Do you keep products in stock?
Siluj catalogue products are made to order with a 3–7 working-day lead time. DAS Audio and Pequod have lead times depending on configuration. Ask us about availability.
Rental & installations
What does the sound rental include?
The equipment, setup, calibration, operation during the event and teardown. Engineer included in every pack: someone who holds the system from start to finish.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 2 weeks for medium events and 4 weeks for festivals or large format. In high season in Ibiza, get in touch as early as possible.
Do you carry out installations outside Ibiza?
Yes. We carry out installations across Spain. Mainland projects are quoted including travel and accommodation if needed.
Do you offer post-installation maintenance?
Yes. Annual maintenance contracts and one-off interventions, with remote support for network-accessible systems. Support does not end when the system powers off.
